The December 15, 2009 meeting was supposed to be held in the Newton Public Library.  Present were David Duerksen, David Godshall, Russell Groves, and Joe Palmer.  As this attendance was not enough to have a real meeting, let alone an election meeting, it was decided to cancel the meeting and move the Election Meeting to the January meeting.  The Secretary/Treasurer accepted membership renewals from those wanting to renew (all memberships are up for renewal), and the meeting disbanded.  We stuck around from a bit before 7pm until about 7:25pm.
